Join noma's Head of Pastry, Chef Francisco Migoya, for an intimate, hands-on chocolate workshop at the Noma Projects Shop in Copenhagen.

Francisco will guide you through chocolate as a living ingredient—from sourcing cacao to the nuances of production and tempering. Through a curated selection of chocolates paired with a beverage, you'll explore how small variations in technique and ingredients influence chocolate's final expression..

The experience includes a welcome hot chocolate, a tasting menu featuring our chocolate creations, and a gift box to take home with your handmade bars and Ikke Chokolade.

This is a focused session: tasting, discussing, and understanding chocolate, guided by one of the most influential voices in contemporary pastry.

  • Time on May 19th: 17:00–19:00 (approx. 90-120 minutes)
  • Time on May 20th: 17:30–19:30 (approx. 90-120 minutes)
  • Location: Noma Projects Shop at Refshalevej 96, 1432 København (the greenhouse in front of noma)
  • Guests: Limited to 12 participants
  • Each attendee needs a ticket
