Flavour Mondays: Pastes & Sauces

Sauces are the magical result of combining flavors with fat, acid, liquid, heat, or texture. Pastes are concentrated versions of these sauces. In this workshop, we’ll look at how a dense preparation becomes something spoonable, pourable, or brushable.

The workshop will give guests the chance to learn from a member of the Test Kitchen team, exploring the key components that we use in the Noma pantry to develop deep flavor for our menu dishes.
