Flavour Mondays: Spices

Spices create depth, carry flavor, and change how we experience sweetness, salt, bitterness, and umami. This workshop will focus on how Noma spice blends are built, balanced, and used as a finishing tool.

The workshop will give guests the chance to learn from a member of the Test Kitchen team, exploring the key components that we use in the Noma pantry to develop deep flavor for our menu dishes.
